Highly Intense Focused Ultrasound: It’s a high power version of the ultrasound technology used for sonography or imaging of our internal organs. These sound waves can penetrate deepest into our skin to bring about a skin tightening almost similar to a surgical correction. It can tackle the epidermis, dermis and a layer present below the skin called SMAS. This Subcutaneous músculo aponeurotic system layer in a combination of muscles and fibrous tissue. As we age, this layer looses its tightness and we experience sagging. Hifu tightens the SMAS to help in face tightening or sculpting. The excess fat could also be dissolved with our Doublo Gold machine. Skin is also tightened and overall the effect is a totally sculpted youthful face.

What are the dos and donts after this treatment?

A good sunscreen routine is mandatory before doing any procedure, whether it derma facials, lasers or chemical peels. A mild anti inflammatory cream may be recommended for a week. Unnecessary exposure to sun should be avoided

Sunscreen and moisturisers are mandatory. Avoid night cream for 1 week.
